PD0325901是一種靶向MAPKMAPK/ERK kinase MEK)的小分子,具潛在的抗腫瘤活性。PD0325901MEK抑製劑CI-1040的衍生物,選擇性結合和抑製MEK,可能引起MAPK/ERK的磷酸化和活化,抑製腫瘤細胞增殖。與ALK5抑製劑SB431542一起,PD0325901能夠提高人原代成纖維細胞重編程為誘導多潛能幹細胞(iPS)的能力。
